The standard processing time is 5-10 BUSINESS days. Business days are M-F and do not include holidays or weekends.

The price of shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on zip code and weight. Anything under 1 lb will be shipped USPS ground advantage. Once received at the post office and/or UPS, we are not responsible for shipping times.

Should changes be needed to your order, we will do our best to assist you. However, since each item is made to order we ask that you contact us via email within 24 hours of placing the order.
Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products sold on the site all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on any products. If you have questions about any items please contact us by email before you place an order. If you receive your order and there is an issue with your order you must contact us within 3 days of the orders delivery. Please understand colors may vary from manufacturing batch to manufacturing batch slightly and photos of colors can also vary depending on lighting. If you need assistance with color matching please contact customer care.

Items may only be refunded if they are found to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email support@frankiesfabdesigns.com The email title should be defect and please include your order number, full name, a photo of the defective item along with a simple explanation of what the issue is with the item. Once this is reviewed you will receive and email back with a response. If the item is defective you will be able to replace the item or take a credit for the purchase price.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
